First Safe Change

Register the included fixture:

Open the Prepare change tab, select nftables, and submit the request in testdata/ops-change/nftables/REQUEST.md. Akritas creates a bounded snapshot, requests a structured proposal, applies exact replacements in a temporary copy, runs validators, and generates the diff itself.

Review the proposal and validator evidence before approving. Approval is explicit, expires after 30 minutes, and can be consumed once. Apply rechecks the original bytes and rejects a stale workspace. The full walkthrough is under demos/safe-change.
